Our Fabrication Handrailing is constructed using our industry-leading GRP d² Dura Profile components, while the Key Clamp modular handrail system is formed from a range of standard GRP parts designed for straightforward assembly — many supplied pre-assembled to accelerate installation. Both handrail options are engineered for quick, straightforward construction and feature surfaces that remain comfortable to touch in all conditions. They are also non-sparking, corrosion-resistant, and non-conductive. Each system can be specified in either high-visibility safety yellow or grey (RAL 7043) and are low-maintenance, eliminating the need for painting, staining, or galvanising over time.

Our fabricated handrailing profile components are the only products of their kind on the market proven to meet or exceed the E23 grade performance requirement of the BS EN 13706 standard and provide greater strength and consistent quality. Dura Profile components are suitable for a wide range of commercial safety and access structures, including refuge platforms, embankment stairways, work platforms, walkway handrails, and guardrails. 

Intelligently engineered using less material, without compromising on strength, our GRP handrail components are easy to transport, handle, and install. Systems can be pre-fabricated and delivered ready for assembly on-site, helping reduce installation time and overall project costs. Dura Profile can also be used to fabricate self-closing or free swinging gates for the ultimate access and safety solution
